Working ON Your Business…Not Just IN Your Business

I get it! Your Inbox is always full. You have VM’s that need to be returned. Lead Generating and Prospecting takes time. And that’s not even considering all the meetings you have to attend.

How in the hell can you find time to work ON your business?

Let me tell you how:

Schedule it!

Take a step back and look at your calendar, and then find the conflicts that are present. Conflicts = time spent in less important tasks.

And then create a master schedule. One that includes time to work ON YOUR BUSINESS.

We suggest a minimum of 2-3 hours per week for this important task.

If you aren’t ever making time to work ON your business, you’ll inevitably get “stuck in a rut” and never find time and ways to improve your systems and operations.

So, what are you waiting for!!?? Go to your calendar (yes…do it now!) and make a non-negotiable appointment WITH YOURSELF or WITH YOUR TEAM. And then get to work!
